Rental terms

1. General

1.1. Lessor: OÜ Kaned, registry code 14542199, VAT no. EE102216475, address Kooli põik 1-6, 20105 Narva, Estonia; e-mail info@rendikamber.ee, tel. +372 5586 766.

1.2. The rental object is the 5-seat motorhome FORD RIMOR KILIG 695 (the "motorhome"). The renter is the person who books and rents the motorhome.

1.3. The motorhome is picked up and returned at Kulgu 17, Narva. For rentals of 7+ days we deliver it to Tallinn or Tartu free of charge. Other cities and shorter rentals by agreement.

1.4. The exact rental terms are set out in the rental contract. These terms form an integral part of the contract.

2. Prices

  • High season (01.05–31.08): €150/day; from 8 days €124/day.
  • Low season (01.09–30.04): €124/day; from 7 days −10%, from 14 days −20%.
  • Low-season weekend offer: Friday–Sunday (3 days) for the price of 2.5 days — €310 instead of €372; pickup Friday from 15:00, return Sunday by 20:00, at Kulgu 17, Narva.
  • Minimum rental period is 3 days.
  • All prices include VAT.

2.1. Included: full casco (ERGO) and motor liability insurance, unlimited mileage, full fresh-water tank, 11 kg gas, handover briefing, dishes and kitchenware, outdoor furniture.

2.2. Extras and fees:

  • bed linen sets for everyone (duvet, pillow, linen): €50;
  • pet: €50 per rental;
  • interior cleaning if returned uncleaned: €70; heavy soiling: €100;
  • emptying the grey-water tank and toilet cassette if returned full: €40.

3. Booking and payment

3.1. Bookings can be made via the website form, by e-mail or by phone. A booking becomes binding once confirmed by the Lessor and the prepayment is received.

3.2. A 50% prepayment is due at booking. The balance is due no later than 14 days before pickup. The full amount may also be paid at once. If the rental starts in less than 14 days, the full amount is due immediately.

3.3. Payment is made on the basis of the Lessor's invoice.

4. Cancellation and changes

4.1. Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@rendikamber.ee. Of the amount paid, the following is refunded:

  • 30 or more days before pickup: 100%;
  • 14–29 days before pickup: 50%;
  • less than 14 days before pickup or no-show: no refund.

4.2. Booking dates can be changed by agreement if the motorhome is available on the new dates.

5. Driver requirements

5.1. The renter must be at least 25 years old. The driver must hold a valid category B driving licence.

5.2. Only drivers listed in the rental contract may drive. An additional driver is free of charge if listed in the contract.

6. Pickup and return

6.1. Pickup is from 15:00; return is by 12:00 on the last rental day (weekend offer: Sunday by 20:00). Other times by agreement.

6.2. At pickup, a briefing is given and the vehicle's condition is recorded in a handover report.

6.3. Late return is charged at €20 per hour; more than 3 hours late is charged as a full day. Please notify any delay in advance on +372 5586 766.

7. Security deposit

7.1. The security deposit is €500. It is returned after the motorhome is returned and inspected, provided there is no damage and nothing is owed. Fees and damage under these terms and the rental contract may be deducted from it.

8. Insurance

8.1. The motorhome has full casco (ERGO) and motor liability insurance. The renter's excess is €500 per insured event.

8.2. The renter is fully liable for damage not covered by insurance (e.g. driving under the influence, a driver not listed in the contract, travel to a prohibited country, gross negligence).

9. Use of the motorhome

9.1. The motorhome must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup; missing fuel is charged to the renter.

9.2. Smoking in the motorhome is prohibited. Cleaning costs are charged to the renter according to the rental contract.

9.3. Pets are allowed (€50 per rental) and must be declared when booking. The renter is liable for any damage caused by the pet.

10. Accidents, breakdowns and fines

10.1. Any accident, damage or breakdown must be reported to the Lessor immediately on +372 5586 766 and, where required, to the police. Repairs may only be made with the Lessor's consent.

10.2. Fines, parking and road charges incurred during the rental are paid by the renter.

11. Travel abroad

11.1. The motorhome may only be driven within Europe. Travel to Russia and Belarus is prohibited.

12. Final provisions

12.1. These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, failing which in an Estonian court. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee).

12.2. These terms are effective from 10.10.2026.
